Temperature resistance performance. Functional rollers can maintain stable performance in both high and low temperature environments. The working temperature range of a general silicone roller is between minus 100 ℃ and 350 ℃. Excellent high and low temperature resistance can slow down the aging and deformation speed of silicone rollers.
Excellent electrical insulation performance. Electrical insulation is one of the advantages of functional rollers. Due to the low carbon atom content in the functional roller, it can still maintain stable performance in the presence of electric current passing through. Moreover, the electrical insulation performance of functional rollers remains excellent even under changes in humidity and temperature. Therefore, when insulation rollers are needed, silicone rollers are widely used.
Special surface properties. The surface of the functional roller is inert, therefore it has extremely low water absorption. When immersed in water for a long time, the surface water absorption of the functional roller is only 1%, which can prevent water from entering the inside of the roller and prevent rusting.
Anti adhesive. Silicone rubber is a common anti stick material. When silicone is applied to the production of functional rollers, silicone rubber can protect the surface of the silicone roller from adhesion with other substances, thereby playing a role in isolation. Meanwhile, during the use of functional rollers, dust and oil stains are usually generated. The anti adhesion on the surface of the functional roller can prevent impurities from accumulating and shorten its service life.
Wear resistance. The wear resistance of the surface of the functional roller is also very outstanding. After a certain amount of external friction, the surface of the silicone roller is not easily worn or cracked.
